25 years of experience as an engagement partner for many global transformation projects across Hewlett Packard, IBM, SAP. Author and principal consultant of the provincial development Program pioneering digital-first initiative aimed at leadership development, capability enhancement, and sustainable development. Director at Climata Academy, co-founder Engenuity AI, a Center of Excellence in AI and Data Science and part of the National Ethical Ai Policy formulation cohort

Rajendra Theagarajah

An accountant turned banker, focused on international and local banking in the UK, Europe, Middle east and Sri Lanka for 37 years, of which the last 17 years have been as the CEO of 2 of Sri Lanka's premier privately owned listed banking groups and as CEO of the newest privately owned commercial bank in Sri lanka until September 2020. An alumni of PWC in Sri Lanka and gained top quality international banking experience with Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. (now JPMorgan Chase), Credit Agricole Indosuez and subsequently 15 years with Hatton National bank of Sri Lanka.

Jehan Amaratunga

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and was on the board of 23 other companies. In his past career Mr. Amaratunga occupied the position of Non-independent Non-executive Chairman of People's Insurance Ltd., Chairman of People's Merchant Finance PLC, council member at the University of Colombo and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.

Antony holds B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

    With over five years of experience in Research & Development focused on AI and machine learning-based solutions, for diverse domains, including environmental, financial, and business sectors. She is also an expert in machine learning, data analysis, and spatiotemporal analytics with remote sensing. Holding a B.Sc. honors in Industrial Statistics from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
